Thanks again for all the help. I just came back from the area and I like it more each time. Neighbors are very nice and everyone seems friendly. Insurance was nasty but we were expecting it. Thanks for tips on pool - we are still thinking thru this one... what would average costs be for weekly pool fees? We found someone to do the lawn and he's doing a nice job.Moderator cut: removed personal information . Do you know anything about the Moose Lodge at the beginning of Leisure Beach? Is it possible to join once we get down there? We stopped in one day when biking and it looked nice and folks were friendly. thanks

We are now down here for 5 months and are enjoying it. Folks in neighborhood are great and very friendly. We have also met a few from Signal Cove who are great too.

Leisure Beach Canal Access from Gulf
Just bought a home in Leisure Beach and will be bringing our 30ft. catamaran up from Sarasota to dock behind our home. Does anybody have the GPS Coordinates for the Gulfside channel entrance? Thanks
