Geez, I would love to go to that just to look around!! But geeze! 6000 homes on the market?! I had an open house here two weekends ago... a couple from Pensacola would have put an offer that day if they didn't still have their house on the market in Pensacola.... for 7 months now!!!! Yikes!

This is our selling season ! Three years of escalating home prices, low housing supply and multiple offers finally came to an end last year. I guess just an offer will do.

7 Months isn't that long. We looked at several in the Navarre area that have been listed for 18 months. All are owned by out of state parasites who bought them, and relisted them at 100K more 18 months ago. Then the music stopped playing and no chairs available for these smart alecs.

And they're come right back down too although not enough in our opinion. The realtor said we're wrong ( that was 7 weeks ago and the houese, of course are still for sale ). I told her we'll revisit in July ( hurricane season for those of you who don't know). We'll see how motivated they are at that point.
