The best foreclosure websites (free too!) are your local county courthouse websites. Check lis pendens, judgments, and upcoming sales.

Or the simple way is to contact a realtor in the area you are interested in and we can pull pre-foreclosures, short sales and bank owned... much easier than contacting all the owners... it also catches the porperties before the bank is involved.... I deal with them in the Orlando area so I know we can find them. Presently it is one of the best avenues for finding rentals for positive cash flow.

Contact a realtor, they will have more listings from their "in the biz" mls website than any public website could ever dream of.
