I heard today that the state is considering furloghing non-essential state employees for two weeks and looking at an across the board 7% pay cut when they return.

well I guess that is better than losing your job. Bad thing is, people who are already struggling will have to struggle even harder. Cable company is darn sure going to take a hit cause of this (cutting of non essentials as things worsen)

I hope so. In fact I hope they start letting some Government workers go. There are entirely too many people living off of our tax dollars and giving us aggravation in return.
