I received a brochure touting this city. Does anyone here live there and could you please fill me in on what the area is like- especially housing/rental prices and employment...thank you

I grew up right next to Holly Hill and lived there for a short time as well. To give you a broad generalization, Holly Hill is very much a blue-collar town. Also is home to a large population of bikers. Because of this, rental and housing prices are cheaper in Holly Hill than they are in neighboring Ormond Beach.
