please try and think of an intelligent come back next time. Name calling really truly shows your maturity level. I'm rating it right up there with my 10 year old son.

LOl - Okay - I like this - at least your honest - now don't take offense to my comment - I know what your saying, but because we can't always expect people to do the right thing, it is always good to have done your part so that noone can say well you did this so, I did that. You know what I mean?

Imagine a driver tailgating you while its icy/snowy outside. And they are usually on the phone while they are on your butt! My fear is if I have to stop quickly and the roads are icy, my civic will be crunched.

1.People who tailgate me make me want to drive s-l-o-w-e-r because if they're going to hit me I want it to be at a slow speed.

2. Remember that the other driver may be on pills, drunk, high or mentally deficient. Expect bad behavior.

3.Police don't patrol or write tickets in subdivisions unless the homeowners association requests it and there are a whole bunch of things they have to do to bring their streets into compliance. Many people know they won't get a ticket and speed.

4. I have experienced people passing me blind (not being able to see oncoming traffic or someone in the road) MANY times. They are idiots.

5. Drive defensively and stay alive. Remember that Florida has a lot of people carrying concealed weapons.

We have someone like that in our subdivison... drives with a lead food and no one is safe. She's from South Florida, moved up to Vero Beach. She'll bear down and ride your butt as if she can push you to go faster.

some times you gotta open up an old fashion can of whup a$$ on a person like that - better to have an argument now then later go to jail for assault charges if someone hits your kid. I'm getting heated just thinking about it.

I would call the police and have them stake out and catch her in the act!

We had speeders in our subdivision, enough people complained, and HOA got a cop out here for an entire month. They caught this one Hispanic man doing 72 in a 25mph zone.

What - that is awful! He could have killed someone - but I think "man" would have described him well enough.

I report bad drivers, including the ones who have the bumper stickers "How's my driving?" with the 800 number and their vehicle #, especially if they're driving bad. If someone is driving like an a-hole on the road, just *FHP on your cell phone and let the state patrol know about it, get a license plate #, make/model/color of vehicle, and what direction they're going. My co-workers' wife did that and they found and followed the guy and cited him. Fight back, don't take this stupid behaviour lying down!
