I have to say thanks so much to all of you. Even though it is a good thing, I was a little down because I couldn't be there. But all of you have helped me feel better about it. I am getting really excited about it.
house4sale - you are not kidding. Last week we had (hopefully or last of the year) a big ice storm. Everything was frozen solid. As I spent the 4 hours outside chopping through 2 inches of ice over my entire driveway, then shoveling it away, all I could do is say "I will not miss this part at all". Of course I had to do it by myself because hubby is already living in nice toasty weather!
faithfulfrank - I know what you mean by it being a tease. Just knowing that you have a house down there that you can't be in yet. I keep watching my video that my husband made for me. Soon enough my friend.
But a realy BIG thankyou to everybody!!

Follow up - we closed at 2:00 and have the keys. We are now happy homeowners to a brand new home in Port Orange. Yeah!!! Great home, awesome community, good city... things are good!
