I have a friend who works there. Anything in particular you need to know?
I know they are one of the largest employers here in Palm Coast.

I'm just wondering what the workforce is like? High turnovers? Is it a good company to work for?

I focused my job search in the greater Orlando area til another thread talked about Palm Coast. So I did some research there and found lots of nice things about it.

We are coming to Florida in November and this will be one of the areas we will check out.

Sea Ray boats are the hottest thing down here in SW Florida. Everybody would love to have a Sea Ray. They are made well and very expensive. I know that the dealers in Ft. Myers sell alot of them. We were at a show and Sea Ray was one of the top sellers.

I've heard all positive things about Palm Coast and that's why I'm moving down there. It seems like a nice, affordable place to live.

Default Palm Coast Sea Ray

I am a captain for a Sea Ray dealership in Maryland and was just down there to bring up a 52DB. A guy named Darrell went over the boat with us and fixed the small things we found wrong with it before we were on are way. He was a real nice guy and said he had worked there, I think it was between 15 - 20 years. I believe he works in rigging (preparing the boats for the dealers like us). I have also toured the plant before and assumed a lot of the people have been around for a while. Hope ths helps.
