A “clothing optional” dude ranch offered by a Florida lottery winner is out of compliance with an anti-nudity county ordinance, officials say.

Tim Clement, 50, a one-time hairdresser from Ormond Beach, Fla., who won a $3.3 million lottery prize, set up a 10-acre dude ranch in Brooksville, Fla., without getting proper Hernando County approval, including his offer to allow nudity, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported Sunday.

Perhaps the authorities had a health care concern for would-be visitors - what with a ranch providing lassos, horseback riding with or without saddle, they might have perceived a severe risk to limbs and parts which the lottery winner, despite his millions, might be unable to cover (pardon the pun).

Naked, not naked, I could really care less. There's more important things to worry about than a couple of naked folks.

People can't wait to throw their money away just like those other millionaire documentaries where they're all broke a short time later.

What a dope, a measly 3 million and he decides to blow it on some stupid idea that he didn't even have enough common sense to investigate if it was legal first. If he's smart he'll use that place to live in peace and forget about running any businesses.
