My favorite thins about florida
1) The weather, no more ice storms, blizzards
2) The Beaches, we have only been to a few, but my favorite so far is Clearwater Beach, Can't wait to discover the ones we haven't been to yet. Last time we were at Clearwater a Dolphin came within 10 feet from me and my wife.
3) Can't wait to go fishing in January, in shorts
4)The amazing amount of State and County parks

My favorite thing is sitting in the nice apartment I am able to afford down here because the cost of living is so much cheaper in Jacksonville than where I lived in MD...

Resident, moving away soon.

I will miss the beaches! Living on the beach is like being blessed by God. Now living inland, the lakes in and around downtown, with the faithful cedar trees, egrets, turtles, and otters, make long walks a pleasurable part of my day.
