Help!!!

Moving to Ormond Beach in June and trying to compare 3 sub divisions
Ormond Lakes, Breakaway Trails and Hunter Ridge. We have 2 kids who would be starting middle school. So the schools would be Ormond Middle or David Hinson which one would be better and why.
Need to help in comparing the 3 sub divisions and why is one better that the other.

I just moved from Ormond Beach to Port Orange. I also have kids...my opinion? Go with Breakaway Trails. Why? Ormond Lakes is nice, but the area surrounding it is not that nice. There's not much right there, the immediate area around it seems more of an industrial type of area. I would skip it, when we were looking for a house recently we liked the community, but not the location within Ormond Beach, not what is surrounding the community.

Breakaway Trails is nice and has a really good location. Being there you are not far from conveniences, the freeway, etc. It's a nice family community.

I'm not really familiar with Hunter Ridge so I can't comment on it. If you can tell me where it's at I can better give my opinion.

I don't think you can go wrong with Breakaway Trails.
