Thank you, I appreciate the thoughts.

I just got back from taking her a big supper ( trying to fatten her up! ) and she was in good spirits this evening. We are trying to keep her busy to keep her mind off the surgery.

im doing great thank you...enjoying florida alot, a nice big dinner sounds yummy in any case...just keeping good thoughts...

My dad passed away from lung cancer last year, he was quite advanced and cancer has already metastisized when it was discovered. He made the decision to not pursue any further treatment after trying radiation.

Good for you in supporting your Mom's decisions, I'm sure she appreciates your help and moral support. God bless you all. Keep us posted as you can.

Thank you. Sorry to hear about your Dad, it is an awful thing to experience. Seeing our parents not only age but having to go through something like this is horrible.
Hers is in stage 3 and is effecting her everyday living and she wants to try this so we are supporting her decision.
I appreciate the support and prayers. Time is ticking down for the surgery and as we approach the day we are both excited and scared a bit at the same time.

I knew you would enjoy Florida.

I take her a big dinner every single night and make sure she eats it before I leave. Tonight was baked chicken, mash and gravy and peas. She ate every drop of what I took which is good.

We are trying to put as much weight on her as we can before surgery.

Maybe someday we can have a big cookout and smell orange blossoms and hear the ocean waves like you are.
