Oh and if anyone is interested in bringing religion into the classroom, come on down to Georgia. Like the spaghetti sauce commercial says, "It's in there!"
Someone actually left a reputation comment for me that said "Good, this shows that the liberals haven't taken over your state."

Ummm, you need to read my post again about how we are a nation divided. Republicans vs. "Liberals" fighting like cats and dogs over the deck chairs on the Titanic.

If you want religion (but ONLY Christianity of course) in schools, you are welcome to enroll your child in the private school of your choice.

I'm sure the person who left that comment for me also has the bumper stickers that say "Save the ten commandments!" and "Save Christmas!"

panderer.

He used to be a pretty good Governor but as soon as he was mentioned as a possible or favorite to win the GOP nomination for 2012 he because a talking head for networks and conventions. Most famous for being one of the first Governors to refuse federal stimulus money.

I'm a Christian but find it horribly wrong that Christianity has gotten the blackeye that it has, similar to Catholics. There are alot of bad Christians out there and it's a shame. I never understood how you can preach the word then do some of things these fools have done.

That said, As an American who follows the constitution I say no prayers in schools. Not because I don't believe in it but because it's federal law. If they wanted to put prayer in schools I would have no objections but in a cultural country that we're in, I believe if you're going to have Christian prayer then you should also have Catholic, Buddhist, Islamic, ect, ect.

Atleast that's my opinion.
