That absolutely beautiful yellow house is listed @ $1,999,000. It's a 3/2/1 & is about 4500sq (didn't say how much under a/c).

Unfortunately, out of our price range but that front yard & curb appeal is awesome!

nice pics. good to see some 'real' trees in FL. Palm trees are nice, don't get me wrong, but that's one of only two things (landwise anyhow) I thought I might miss when I move. The other being air that isn't at all humid and is actually crisp...but maybe there's that there too depending? (not a dealbreaker for me obviously the persisting crispness is one of the things I dislike about there).

Well that's ONLY almost 2 million $$$.

Maybe it's out of your price range NOW but not too long ago even I could have bought that! Yep, I'm still waking up. Just a few more minutes.

It is a GORGEOUS house. There were a couple of other little nice ones too that I wouldn't mind slobbering over. :-))

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback.

I had to go to Mt. Dora to look at some apartments so I just grabbed my camera and took a few pictures. The pictures were taken yesterday around 1 p.m.

You need to carry your camera around, you seem to know exactly the type of pictures we want to see.

Thanks again....

Mt Dora is a beautiful city!

Thanks for posting those pictures of Mt. Dora. I been living here for about 6yrs and it is a very nice place to live. Herbie the train rides by our house everyday and my kids love to seem him and wave to all the people. Mt. Dora is buiding up a little bit, we got a new Target not to long ago and ChickFila and right beside that a new bank just opened up, I belive it is AMSouth Bank. They are about to open up a *******s Rest. and right beside that they got a put put golf course that just opened up with a arcarde for kids also. But, you got all the stores right by you but a smaller town and they got a park for kids and they just added alot of new things to the park for the kids to play on. They have shops in the downtown area to walk around and check out and a few places to eat. Not to mention on some of the holidays there are great things for the family to do check out.

Oh yea~I second that.

JR, are you planning on moving to Mt. Dora since you looked at apartments or was it for a business reason?

Well, I am still kinda (not really) considering a Job in Sanford. I just wanted to check out Mt. Dora's rental scene. Now, I know you're probably like Mt. Dora to Sanford? Blargh. Its an easy drive down 46. However, the apartments I wanted to look at ...well.....they are a 55+ community. Damn, I still got another 30 years....oh well.

I live in the Wekiva area so its about a 20 - 25 min drive out there for me.

I want to actually get out of the car and take some more pictures one of these days.
