I'll give another vote for Vero Beach. Small, great beaches, strict zoning, good schools and "upscale".

Awesome beaches and nice towns.
Are you leaning towards that area?

No, we are not even looking in that area, at least for right now anyway.
It is gorgeous there for sure. Although it has some of the things we are looking for, it does not offer many of the most important things we are looking for.
We are looking in a radius of central gulf side above I-4 right now but havent narrowed it down. We are 1 year and about 10 months away from moving and will add or take away towns as time gets closer and more information becomes available to us. Things can change allot in that much time so we are keeping our eyes open.
If we didn't like the Antiques, WDW, Busch, Cypress Gardens, Ana Maria, Siesta Keys etc and the many things central gulf side Florida has, that area would be atop our list as of today.
We are not making any final decisions until we are within a month or so of moving. To much can happen between now and then.
