me and my wife are living in summerfield fl and we are getting ready for a change we miss the city living but still like are space..
also we are looking for a ..area where have good paying wages .. in marion county they dont pay anything... we love the beach but dont like extreme heat used to live in south fl and nopt sure we want to move back very hussel and bussel .. really not for us. we are looking for a nice area to make a home but still be very close to shopping and food stores also airports and mass tram... any help thanks

Unfortunately for you, areas with hustle and bustle are areas that will have reliable/frequent mass transit, which in Florida is pretty rare. Florida also isn't known as a high wage state so if you could give us your definition of higher wages..? If you're ruling out all of South Florida that pretty much leaves the Tampa Bay area in terms of good mass transit and being close to beaches. I'd say mostly St Petersburg would fulfill your wishes best. Check out the Tyrone area of SW St Pete.
