The problem is in the catching part. You've got to be accurate with the first shot because it only gets them madder when you just wing or wound them.

Uh oh, I think someone still has a Florida hangover and even though they moved "back home" it "still sucks".

No hangover at all, just correcting some of the opinions some post as fact on some of these forums.

I don't think anyone is posting as Facts based on statistics Daily at least I am certainly not - I think it is more speaking out of opinion and MY opinion still with your statistics is that SFlorida's beaches are much better than Marylands or Delaware's. As far as bacterias go - I'm not sure, but when I say clean, I'm talking more about the clarity of the water not whether it is safe to drink it or not.

That being said - it seems there are arguments on both sides that can be disputed.

You havn't presented any facts just hyperbole and 22 year old articles. LOL The very video you posted above in the middle says "even though water tests show no signs of sewage..." What? Well, we just think it's there - I guess.

Perhaps the term "journalist" is a sign.

I suppose if someone opposes raw fecal matter being dumped into the ocean, they must be an "environmental wacko".

For those interested in facts instead of sensationalism and provincial pissing contests, here are some helpful links regarding health and cleanliness of particular Florida beaches:

No just the folks that say things like this - and MEAN IT:
“Animal Liberation Front tactics are going to continue. There’s not a damned thing you can do about it, you’re not going to stop it. So you might as well incorporate it into the movement.”

“We should never feel like we’re going too far in breaking the law, because whatever laws you break to liberate animals or to protect the environment are very insignificant.”

“The fact is that we live in an extremely violent culture, and we all justify violence if it’s for what we believe in.”

“There’s nothing wrong with being a terrorist, as long as you win. Then you write the history.”

“If you don’t know an answer, a fact, a statistic, then ... make it up on the spot.”

“There are 30-million plus species on this planet. They’re all earthlings. They’re all equal. Some are more “equal” than others, I admit: earthworms are far more valuable than people.”
Nope, no extremism at all.
