I am currently interested in relocating to Florida and I am wanting to know from any realtors or anyone that is familiar with the Florida market for cleaning vacation rentals,ect.We are currently living in S.A.,TX and cleaning for a property management company and few other accounts and considering the move due too slow business.I would appreciate any info on this matter, along with cleaning bids, ins. requirements and what areas to look(we would like to stay in the panhandle area but we are open to other places
no lower than central FL)anyway,sorry for the novel everyone and thank you if have any info!
(P.S. I have exp. in apt.,make ready and vac. rental cleaning) THANK YOU!

I suspect The Panhandle is going to be not as good for your profession as a place like Orlando would be , or even Jacksonville. I think if you were to send an email to a few Realtors in the Panhandle youre bound to get at least one reply which can be helpful , and/or, send you in the right direction for the specific info you are requiring. If you are reliable and good, you will have more business you can handle on Saturday and Sunday aka vacation condo check-out day, especially during the summer. It's the rest of the week that can be a little bit slow.
