Hi, I posted this question a few months ago, but did anyone see Supernanny last night, the house they featured was gorgeous! I wanted to know if anyone knew the builder someone on my previous post said it was somewhere in Pasco County! I am looking to relocate to Fla and wanted to know if anyone knew the sub or builder of the house, Thanks.

Hi, that Supernanny that ran again this past week was where I use to live. The neighborhood is FoxWood of Trinity. Many of the homes were MI Homes but that house looked like a larger builder. I'll ask around for you. We liked living there but you have high community fees. There are two parks and it's gated. Tons of kids! The elementary school is right next door to the neighborhood. My kids loved riding their bikes.

The builder MIGHT be Samuelson. The neighborhood is Foxwood and it's in Trinity, FL. I know this because I live in Trinity, FL and at the time of the show I was friends with a girl who lived in Foxwood, and she actually knew the family on Supernanny. She showed me their house. In fact, when I was at Target with my family, we saw the whole family walking into Target! My sister and I thought that was really cool. And, ironically, my mom and sistersaid they just saw the mother and daughter (the one in the wheelchair) the other day. Anyway, a popular builder here is Samuelson, so it might be them. Here's there website:
Tampa Homes, New Homes Tampa - Homes by Samuelsen Builders

There are many other neighborhoods in Trinity. One of the most expensive is the Champions Club. Another is Grey Hawk (but I'm not sure if that's still considered as Trinity). Others are Thousand Oaks, Bell Reave, Thousand Oaks East, Foxwood, Trinity East, Trinity West...
those are the main ones that I can think of. If you're older a nice place to check out is Seven Springs Gold and County Club, but the homes there are smaller.

Anyway, Trinity, Florida is a wonderful place. I hope you like it is you end up moving here or if you already have. Good luck
