If you know how to cook it, white meat is not dry at all.
And it is much healthier without sacrificing taste.

White. Dark always seems slimy to me.

Although I'll eat both, I prefer the dark.

Both. The dark has much more flavor. Professional chefs will tell you this, to use both dark and white meat for richer flavor in a dish. I love both white and dark, though!

It's funny because dark meat is dark because these are active muscles. I suppose this is why duck breast is pink, because ducks actually use their breast muscles to fly. Because turkeys and chickens don't really fly they don't use their breast muscles, and in fact those parts have been artificially, grotesquely enhanced by agricultural practices. So you could argue that dark meat is the "real" "chicken".

I like both but prefer dark for the flavor. And if most people like white meat it's great for me. No fighting for the succulent back scallop on Thanksgiving. (There are only two, and they're both mine mine mine.)

I prefer white meat on my chicken and turkey. It just tastes better to me and there's less grizzle or none.
