I love white meat. My husband won't touch dark turkey/chicken with a 10 foot pole. I made chicken legs when we were first married and he looked at me like I was crazy for serving that for dinner! lol

I don't like turkey but prefer dark meat to white if it's turkey.

Chicken, I like all of it Some dishes are better with one or the other but I'll take what I can get.

Depends if it's BBQ...we LOVE the wings.
All Casseroles like chicken divan...the breast.
Fried or baked ... wings & thighs.

Hubby & I are easy to please & not picky.

Dark is good for flavoring soups/broth, but for eating straight up, I prefer white meat...cooked properly, of course, so as to remain juicy and not dried out. Dark poultry is too greasy.
