White meat usually seems too dry. Perhaps that is because I don't know how to cook it so it isn't.

It's weird that that never bothers me. I'm not sure if I prefer it moist or dry. I like it both ways. But, wife aims for moist at Thanksgiving and it usually is. She makes an awesome dinner.

Dark. Thighs are the best. White meat seems to lack flavor to me, and often times is dry (though even if it's not dry, it's still not that tasteful).

I think dark is just more gamey to me. I like chicken legs but won't eat turkey legs. White is a more subtle taste no doubt. Chicken thighs I won't eat usually except as sticky chicken.

Years ago I had the same problem. I would bake chicken breasts. If you bake them too long...IT IS DRY. YUCK...

So I started cutting the chicken breast up in smaller bite size pieces, but not too small. I season the meat. Then I stir-fry them in some olive oil.
It comes out perect everytime. Cooked, but moist. Then I make whatever...
Hope that helps.

dark meat please.

I'm like some of the other posters, white meat is to dry & flavorless for my taste buds.

White. I won't eat dark meat. To me the texture is weird.

I like the juicy rich dark meat! I always get burned by the dry breast! I'd rather buy turkey or chicken breast and make it seperately.
