My meat preference order goes something like this...
1. BACON!!!
2. BEEF!!!! All kinds of beef - love it!
3. Duck - yummy
4. Turkey
5. Chicken - depends on how it's cooked. can be great or very dry and bland
6. Other parts of the pig - pork and ham. not a big fan.
7. Lamb and venison - don't like 'em.
I'm sure I'm missing many meats - but I think that covers my basic preference for meats.

I chose "only white meat" and "no meat" as I am what is called a "flexitarian"; basically I do not eat much meat and am still working on cutting more of it out of my diet. I rarely eat red meat and when I do eat meat I mainly eat chicken, fish, or turkey. Beef gives me a stomachache at this point, and I rarely eat pork because I never developed much of a taste for it (Jewish). I do like Subway's ham sandwich with plenty of spicy mustard but that is a rare thing. I try to get my protein from plant sources.

I don't think it's wrong to eat meat, mind you; I just think the amount that we eat in this country is very unhealthy and environmentally unsustainable.

I like both red meat and poultry. I don't like much fish/seafood at all. I love vegetables far more than meat, and will typically make them a bigger part of my meal. I'm one of the only meat-eaters I know who has the veggie dishes as the main course with small sides of meat.

I eat more poultry than red meat. It's not very common over here to have beef very often I love a good medium rare steak but only have it about once a year.
Pork is more common (Schnitzel, Goulash, butterfly steaks, minute steaks, sausages, etc) but I prefer chicken since it's more tender and I prefer cooking with chicken.

I really like red meat. I eat lamb, beef. I also have rediscovered the joy of humanely raised Veal. I have a butcher that serves all kinds of good stuff from pheasant to quail.

Any meat gets boring after a while. I also love fish.

A healthy mixture of both. I tried the white meat thing, and realized that I missed beef, pork, and lamb.

I usually eat white meats, but a couple times a year indulge in a nice, medium-rare slab of prime rib. Heavenly!

Pork and Cactus? I admit, I've never tried it but most stores here have napolitos.

Same here. I'd eat a medium-rare steak every day if that wouldn't put me at an increased risk for colon cancer (as well as drain my bank account considerably). I actually used to like chicken up to about ten years ago, then I abruptly stopped liking it one day. Never had a craving for it again.
