I love both but truth be told I am more of a red meat person, ( Beef/Bison, Wild Boar and Venison being my favourite) . I love chicken and pork as well though.

I am also a huge seafood and fish fan though and adore vegetables . Omnivorous with carnivorous tendencies on occasions...

I don't eat a lot of meat period, but I enjoy both red meat and poultry.

While poultry is a regular part of my diet, I am very passionate about red meat. I LOVE steak!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to expand my love for red meat outside of the cow in the near future.

When I'm on my own as I have been for the past year, I don't eat much meat. I like animal protein from all sorts of sources, though. Lamb is a favorite. Mmmmm baaaaaa

Oh and, I chose the "healthy mix" option but, even though I really, really enjoy meat and will continue to eat it, I'd never describe it as healthy unless it was in comparison to a diet of donuts. Mmmm bacon...donuts!!!!
