Chinese and French are considered the best in the world.
But the French way of cooking is rather expensive,to make a lobster sauce, get 3/4 lb of shrimp
Eastern European food is delicious and highly underrated.
My partner's family came to see us and brought homemade borscht, homemade perogies, and homemade cabbage rolls with a mushroom cream gravy to put over the cabbage rolls. We put it on the perogies, too.
My mother was born in Hungary as was my dads parents swo you know what I was weaned on. Dishes from there are prepped differently depending on Grandmothers teaching. Pasta in different ways....made some with cabbage for last nights dinner. Cabbage rolls a favorite with out a doubt. A staple item in most of the countries around Hungary could be covered with tomato sauce or sauerkraut....mother did both many times. Other dishes galore. My mother was catholic but I suspect some Jewish DNA in her ancestory, Oy Vey.

Burrito Supreme or if they have combinations, I always get No. 7.
