I like Aldi's also.

I try to find ones with lowest sodium. Right now I am buying Bove's. It's around $5-6 jar. They are from VT - in TN, sold at Walmart and Publix.

Prego is just too sickening "sweet" for my taste. I prefer Francisco Rinaldi

I know it doesn't go with the thread title, but I just bought the ENORMOUS can of crushed tomatoes at Costco yesterday.

Soon I will turn it into a batch of homemade marinara which I will freeze in 2 cup portions. I should get about 8 - 10 of those to put in my deep freeze.

I have been pleasantly surprised by Trader Joe's marinara sauce.

I just bought Scaramuzza's at Genuardi's. It's frozen and made locally and very good. The best is P&S Raviolis gravy if you are looking for fresh-made but quick; however, I think they are like Scaramuzza's--only in the Philly area.

Interesting; I'll have to try the Giada from Target.

OK, LOL, I meant to comment on RedJacket's post.
