hey everybody.....

My 15 yr old daughter and me felt like trying something different the other night, instead of the same old pork roast. So we sliced apples, added raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt, and it tasted really, really good.

and for the last two nights I have enjoyed the leftovers

Anyone else occasionally get tired with the same old, same old and start experimenting?

Sounds delicious!

I've tried recipes that add apple juice & apple slices..

Good job getting your DD excited about cooking!
