I get the powder version except I add 2-3x the water.

Gatorade is horrible. Doesn't keep me hydrated at all. If you really need a sports drink, try Powerade or Propel. I only use a sports drink if I'm running more than 8 miles. Even then, I cut it in half with water.

Maybe I am wrong....but last time I checked the bottles of Gatorade they had HFCS in them. They may have changed their ingredients though! I don't buy them so I could be wrong

Gatorade G2 has less

I buy Powerade Zero...Zero calories, 25 mgs . My favorite is green lemon lime.
