Today was a day of overindulging on an endless supply of food. I had all of this and more:

3 Reeses's Peanut Butter Cups
2 servings of the new Big Cheez-Its
A handful of chocolate chips
A plate of parm and garlic angel hair pasta with a salad
2 glasses of regular Coke

And frankly, I'm not done yet!

What's your biggest "pig out" session to date?

Which foods did it include?

My biggest/most pig-out day[s] was thanksgiving.

I remember eating up to five meals of the complete dinner over the day long munch fest.

I would eat until not one more crumb of pie crust could fit.

mine was this past 4th of July. i was feeling exeptionally anxious that day for some reason and tried to subdue it with food. i had: ice cream 3 times, leftover meatballs (about 6 of them), 2 bagels with nothing in them, some candy...and that was all BEFORE the BBQ i went to at 2pm. there i picked out some more on all types of smoked pork and salads, and cakes and cookies.
i was disgusted with myself and not feeling so swell---although i was feeling quite swelled.
