NY pie is the closest to real Italian pizza where the dough has bite and crispness. The cheese, spices, and sauce all just right.

Thick pizza is just wrong, that's like a lasagna on a dough.

NY style is my fave, but I also like thin crust. As much as I love pizza, a thick crust turns me off.

I'll go with New Haven style, coal oven, chewy crust like at Pepe's. Or a good bar pie (e.g. Lynwood, Colony, Star).
