I love to cook Thai food! I learned to cook Thai 4 years ago while in Thailand. One class was here @ Pum: Phi Phi Cooking School the other one was The Master Thai Chef Cookery Course Established 2000. Starting page I still make it 2-3X's a week. As a result I have a pretty big repertoire and have become pretty proficient at it. I have given cooking lessons to a few of my friends and they enjoy cooking it as well.

I make a yummy kung pao chicken. It's so hot it'll curl your hair.

I learned to cook Italian and Polish dishes from family members. I don't consider those foods to be "foreign;" they're everyday normal to me.

Green chicken curry, especially when the local Asian market has the little green golfball sized Thai eggplant. It's pretty easy though I'm not sure how anyone can muck it up.

I can finally make some really good Vietnamese noodle soup. It took a few months, but it was well worth the time.
