I've been hooked on one lately that is lettuce, grilled chicken, lots of sliced strawberries, fresh mozzarella & balsamic vinaigrette.

A variety of lettuce types and spinach, diced green pepper, carrots, onions, tomatoes, snow peas (sometimes radishes and mushrooms) - with my current favorite dressing: raspberry walnut vinaigrette.

The salad I make most often consists of

green or red leaf lettuce
baby spinach
tomatoes
mushrooms
chickpeas
red onion
zucchini
broccoli florets
croutons

My favorite bottled dressings are Marie's chunky blue cheese, and Newman's Own parmesan or Caesar.

Fried chicken! Perhaps not so healthy but oh well. And ranch dressing only.

My sons LOVE salads. They start with romaine lettuce, add grilled steak, blue cheese, and any type of things in the fridge...they just fire up the George Foreman, and throw stuff on there, then add it to a GINORMOUS bowl...
