Very hard to resist not eating them all at once
I tried crazy diets in my early 20s. One was a Rolo diet. The plan was one in the morning, afternoon and one in the evening with a glass of water. The first morning of my Rolo diet I ate the entire bag.

nutrageous

reeses peanut butter cups

I find myself turned off by processed foods these days though and would rather eat a banana or fresh gold pineapple, good chunk of fresh muskmelon, watermelon, fresh oranges, honeycrisp apples, black berries, etc.

This is not a criticism of people who like candy bars.. just a change in my personal tastes. I find processed candy, overly heavy foods like the chinese buffets I use to love, just make me feel down and out, lifeless and lazy afterwards for hours, whereas a fresh golden pineapple makes me feel so 'alive' ..

I use to buy the following:

KitKat, Twix and Babe Ruth in the mini size so I could mix them up. And Hershey's Kisses!

Now I buy Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp and Dreamy Clusters (for both only milk chocolate tests good to me); why? I guess to "fool" myself that I'm eating more for less calories!

Anything with peanut butter and especially caramel.

I could eat jars of caramel, I love that stuff.

I used to not care for dark chocolate but it has started to grow on me. There is a brand that I like that I believe supports rain forests. High Cacao count and I have had one with berries in it, and nuts which is a good combination.
