Default The Agenda - November 7 - 13

This week's dinner selections will range from chicken noodle soup and possibly some salad one day, hamburger steaks (spinach and beans) in another, and fried shrimp in another, all at home. On Tuesday, I'm meeting someone at Rockfish, and I'm craving their grilled trout (sides yet to be determined, but I may go after their sauteed spinach and potatoes au gratin).

Have a great week at your dinner table, and bon appetit!

Last night we had "ribs"(more like chops to me). Hubby made up his bourbon bbq sauce to spread on them. Yum We also had fried cabbage, cottage cheese, and assorted pickles.

Having a couple friends over for football and early afternoon meal. Making mom's recipe now called Good Brown Stew (lots of big beef cubes, mushrooms, red wine flavored gravy) which we will sop up with hunks of warmed french bread. Pineapple and watermelon fruit salad. If I get my act together there will be spinach, romaine, pomegranate salad with crumbled bleu cheese too.

Got some hoagies and sliced turkey and ham at the store. Gonna cook up some bacon, slice some tomatoes and have sandwiches.

There's more than one unfinished jars of pickles that might not survive.
