I like 1000 Island, Italian, ranch, and blue cheese--but the latter two are something I'd eat with foods other than salads also. The only other thing I eat 1000 Island on are coleslaw and pastrami (or corned beef) sandwiches.

I never have 1000 Island on salad but it's delicious with roast beef.
I love Parmesan Peppercorn and also ex. voo and freshly squeezed lemon juice, chunky blue cheese & ex. oo and red wine vinegar with red wine added to the vinegar.
ill have to throw in a couple i really love as well. greek dressing and tsaziki sauce. not really salad dressings but i use them on salads. they are great.
