Every year around this time, my in-laws in Florida send us (in CT) a box of HoneyBell oranges.

Last year was a lousy year -- they weren't as juicy... and some of them even had pits!

But this year -- we just got our package last week -- they're back to good again.

If you ever have the opportunity to have one of these succulent oranges, do so. Yeah, the juice will run down your chin to your neck. Yeah, your fingers will be all sticky. But, RAWR!, you'll have yourself a delicious orange experience.

Cushman’s HoneyBells® Citrus including HoneyBells and HoneyBell Gifts | Cushmans

Please excuse me while I go downstairs to get another one from the kitchen.

Are they really as orange as they look? 'Cause they look pretty darn good!

I love Cuties. They're the perfect office food because they're not messy at all. I also love navel oranges, but only around Christmastime when the skins are super thick and they taste like candy. Arizona never has good fruit like that.

They really are very orange! It's neat!

Are Cuties like Clementines? I could eat a whole box of those in one shot. I'm not even kidding.

Seriously? HoneyBells have such a short season -- it's almost over -- so you should take a drive over there NOW and score yourself some. They are really, really, REALLY good! Really.

Yep!

Cuties Clementines | Clementine Mandarins & Murcott Mandarins

My sis had a box when I was in Oklahoma. Between me and her four boys eating them, we went through like 10 pounds of Cuties in a week

I'm not surprised. They're addictive, for sure.
