• Ketchup, mustard & relish, the old standby.
• Guacamole, raw onions, cheddar and green chiles
• Pizza sauce, black olives, mozzarella & grilled onions
• BBQ sauce, bacon, onion rings & cheddar
• Queso dip and green chiles

Never American cheese, tomato, lettuce or mayo.

Lettuce, tomato, raw onion, American cheese, ketchup, mayo.

Or

Swiss, mushrooms, sauteed onions, and BBQ

Or

Bleu Ribbon burger from Red Robin. Bleu cheese, onion straws, lettuce, tomato, chipolte mayo, and a sauce that tastes kinda like Heinz 57, it isn't tho as I've tried to replicate it at home and I can't. I might be getting the mayo wrong tho. Maybe it is Heinz 57? Idk.

Of course bacon on a burger is ridiculous. You have to include CHEESE. Cheese squeezes all the ridiculousness of bacon on a burger, out of the burger, and transforms it into greasy, salty, meaty perfection.

Occasionally a good slaw burger with a dash of *****peppa sauce.

Or lettuce, cheese (pepper jack is good) onion (raw, fried, any way at all is good) maybe some sweet pickle, mayo and/or fancy mustard
