Even if its "Fall" in some places some of us can still BBQ or make our own at home.

There are sooo many combinations out there at FF Resturants to at home, but what unique addition do you like?

Here in NM, its always Green Chile,
Me I like as much as I can pile on, but I am limited to one gut buster/month or so.

I also like buffalo burgers.

HW...GET THE BBQ GOING

I used to only have ketchup, mayo lettuce and tomato, but lately I like mayo, tomato lettuce and sweet hot relish.

I like a variety of combinations, but all of them involve cheese.

Cheddar/bacon
Swiss or Cheddar/sauteed mushrooms
Jack/jalapeno/chile powder
American/relish/ketchup/mustard

And any of the above, -except- for the jack/jalapeno/chile, with lettuce and just enough mayo to keep the lettuce stuck to the bread.

Ketchup is the only "gotta have" thing, other than that I'm very flexible. If keeping it simple, also a little mustard and mayo. Cheese is nice but optional. Hate tomatos so no thx.

Bacon on a burger is ridiculous.

(1) A Fried Egg...yes it tastes delicious...try it. At Penn State it was called The Penn State Burger and served at THE DINER....... http://www.thedineronline.com/
(2) Bacon
(3) Swiss or Provolone Cheese
(4) Mushrooms
(5) Onions
(6) Ketchup

NOT necessarily all at once...LOL...the egg and bacon are great alone...or with cheese/mushrooms/onions.....If I use ketchup....I then prefer only onions.
