I was always curious about how people dealt with the leftover milk after finishing a bowl of cold cereal.

To me, the milk has served its purpose and I dump it down the drain (like the water in the bucket after mopping).

And having said that, I don't like the idea of drinking it because I see it as sort of tainted and used.

What say you??

I don't normally use enough to have any left over. I don't really like cereal either. If I had any left over, I'd probably tip it out.

I don't typically have very much left. I don't like my cereal floating around in milk to begin with nor do I like the thought of wasting milk.

Same here - plus it's one of my only sources of calcium.

depends on how long the bowl of milk has been sitting out. If it more than 24 hours, I will dump it. If it is fresh, I add more cereal.
