We are at about 7000' and I have really gotten interested into making my own bread, cinnamon rolls, etc.

I went to the King Arthurs flour website today and found lots of receipes etc.
but, still looking for some help re high altitude baking.

I am using a gas over (propane).

Also, what yeast do you prefer?

Hope to have that smell of fresh bread baking soon.
