A delicious iced coffee made with Italian roast. I used Pioneer Woman's method of soaking coffee grounds overnight, straining the mixture, and then storing the coffee liquid in the fridge for ice coffee whenever I want it.
A wonderful, cool, dirty vodka martini with a blue cheese stuffed olive and a jalapeno stuffed one: yes, I found the blue cheese olives...I can only drink one pretty strong one, then it is either switch to a glass or two of wine or have another martini and forget about dinner...I think I will do the wine thing, thank you.
