As its morning and i've just finished a 2 hour ordeal at the gym my beverage of choice is a melon smoothie,
Several chunks of honeydew melon go into the blender along with half cup of lowfat vanilla yogurt,2tbs of whey protein, cup of 2% milk and because its the weekend 2tbs of Grand Marnier liqueur, hit the blend button et voila a morning pint of heaven..
