We love bell peppers and use them a lot. I do think they're probably to blame for some of my stomach problems. Love onions and lots of garlic. Onions are probably part of the problem also.
Ginger bothers my stomach so I have to be really careful at Asian restaurants and also with pumpkin bread or pie because some use ginger in the recipe. Onions, garlic and cabbage also bothers me.
Love Indian food but, nine times out of ten, my digestive system can't handle it...not sure if its the spices or that the food may not be hygenically prepared?

Your digestive system probably just isn't up to it. I've noticed that most Americans' are not, so don't feel bad. (I'm a snow-white American whose digestive system happens to be up to the task).
