I can eat just about anything with no effects, except stuff with sugar in it. I shouldn't eat it anyway, and if I give in and eat a cookie or a piece of chocolate, I get the belly ache to remind me not to.

I've never met a spice that gave me stomach problems.

I don't like: very large hunks of meat with no carbs, most raw vegetables, most raw fruits, mayonnaise

I love all spices and and foods except for Cardamom. We have a bakery that uses it in everything they make. It really is strong unique flavor that I don't like corrupting my pastries, breads and cakes. When I go there I have to ask which products don't have it.

There are certain foods that I love, but that I try not to eat unless I do not have to be somewhere the next day. These include onions (raw, fried, doesn't matter) and anything with hot peppers in it.

Starchy carbs - particularly grains - give me reflux. Peanuts seem not to really be my friend, either, but I can eat them in small amounts without more than a belch or two. Raw green peppers tend to repeat on me, but I don't like them anyway, so rarely eat them at all. Beans cause the usual problem.

I can't think of a single herb or spice that gives me any trouble. Meat, fat, cheese, nuts (except the aforementioned peanuts), non-starchy veggies, berries, no problem.

Nothing spicy gives me digestive problems, but fried food gives me acid reflux...kind of a blessing, because I love fried food, and would have a hard time limiting myself, otherwise...but these days, I don't dare do more than a small taste.

any mass produced dairy makes me bloat which means I can't eat pizza or any cream based sauces when we dine out. Luckily I have ways around this problem at home
Other than that I don't have any problems with hot or spicy foods nor fried foods which means I still get to eat bacon for breakfast YaY !

Yeah I googled bananas and acid reflux one time to see if it was a common problem and instead I found tons of links about how it's a great natural antacid.
