No, I wouldn't go there. Our son is a gourmet chef and would never treat his staff like that. That being said, we will go to the new restaurant at the Borgota Casino in Atlantic City when the winner opens it up this summer.

Love the show but would not attempt dinner there and I live in CA I don't even think the customers are real diners, probably actors

I'd go there in a heartbeat. It's a show folks. They hype it up for the cameras. Who knows, maybe all those "customers" just might get a gourmet meal cooked for them by Ramsay's professional staff as payment for being there. Many of us don't know what happens behind the scenes.

As far as his antics (cursing, yelling, etc.), who cares? It's mostly an impassioned act. Nobody forced these contestants to be on the show and he doesn't act any differently to each crop of contestants when compared to previous years. It's his schtick. I'd say just let it play out.

It's a FOX TV show; of course he's going to rant and scream. It's FOX style entertainment. Do you seriously think those bloated, chain-smoking drama queens that they call contestants are really the best the show's producers could come up with?

Giovanni is supposedly a CIA trained executive chef. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume he's also Italian. On one of the early shows this season, he had no clue what polenta was.

They were picked to be yelled at, abused, and treated like pigs for our entertainment.

Would I go? Sure.

Sous Chef Scott shows you how to make Spaghetti Lobster. (http://www.fancast.com/tv/Hells-Kitchen-(Fox)/94327/601145739/Dish-of-the-Week---Lobster-Spaghetti/videos - broken link)

I just dont get the whole thing. I worked in restaurants for almost 15 years, and NEVER saw anything like what happens in that kitchen. Every chef I ever worked with was calm and professional.....except for that 1 that threw a knife at the salad station gal, I think he is still locked up

I waitressed for 5 years & it was the owner owned restaurants that the chef was NASTY!

The chain restaurants-it was just a job for the chef. But it seemed if it was HIS business on the line, the chef owner was a S * B.

Hell Kitchen is the ONLY cooking TV show that I will not watch. It is trash and so is the so called chef.
