Today I stopped in Jack/Box for lunch. Someone before me had dropped a french fry on the floor where I was sitting. I ate it.

Do you think it is superior to what I can get locally?

Lots of people eat while using their computer....too.
Guilty

No QWERTY tummy here though. Clorox/Lysol wipes are wonderful things

NO WAY! That is what I have a dog for. Plus, I live in Miami...you can clean your house with bleach, have Orkin come every other week, and still have "Palmetto" bugs the size of mice running around the kitchen.

Even the dog food is not on the floor here. He has a special bowl that is raised. Same with the cat food.

For my own floor I'd eat it unless it fell near a corner where pet hairs tend to congregate between vacuuming.

I'll also eat off the concrete on my patio, just last weekend I took a piece of chicken off the grill it slide off the plate onto the ground. Picked it up with tongs, blew real hard on it, and back on the plate.

Public floor probably not, I don't know who's shoes might have just arrived from their job cleaning sewers, applying industrial grade rat poisons, etc.

How your computer keyboard is FIVE TIMES dirtier than your toilet seat - and could even give you 'qwerty tummy' | Mail Online
People eat after they get a gas at the gas station, and the gasoline nozzles are never, ever cleaned till they have to be replaced...
My own keyboard has at least only limited amount of bacterium, and yes, I eat while using computer.
I would never eat anything from the floor at public places. Just thinking about the germs people track on their shoe-soles ( human/birds/dogs feces, spit etc.) makes me gag.

But I did have to wonder....

Who in the heck has food in the bathroom to begin with??

Ew.
Multitasking...especially if you're eating in the bathtub while soaking--it's a step beyond eating over the sink.

It wasn't easy, considering I had to pick a bit of lint of it!

Depends what it is. If I dropped vegetables, they stay there. If it was meat or cake, 5 second rule applies.
