I heated some of those frozen chicken patties with a bit of garlic and herb cheese on top and made sandwiches with them and slices of tomato and a bit of mayo on whole grain bread. Very filling.

Bought an ear of corn this morning, along with a cut up tomato. Strawberry shortcake with scratch biscuits and sour cream. For appetizer, the supermarket gave me a sample piece of polish sausage on a toothpick, and I "tested" 8 grapes and a cherry.
