I made a mess of potato pancakes yesterday, SO ~~ i have those, applesauce, sour cream,and a pudding cup.

SXMGirl ~~ did you make tuna salad? YUM, I love tater chips on a sandwich.

Hi Nan, I did make the tuna salad. DH wanted it for dinner last night, so I made it for him and I'm having leftovers. I had a great Italian dinner last night. IMHO, almost every sandwich needs chips!

Fried catfish.

I agree on the potato chips on the sandwiches. So darn good! I put fries on my burger at fast food places, too.

Loose meat venison sandwich. I put the meat on to slow cook early this am, waiting to see if I had to go into work (I work for the school district and we're having a major snow storm). School's cancelled, I'm home, and I couldn't wait for lunch, it smelled so good. I'm having some now.

Ditto every sandwich needs chips!!!! My favorite - sweet lebanon bologna, mustard, and Good's Potato Chips (the kind fried in lard). A Pennsylvania Dutch delicacy!
