Earlier today, it was in Fredericksburg, TX, at the Altdorf Biergarten. I had jager schnitzel with brown gravy and mushrooms, alongside some spiced noodles, sweet and sour potatoes/carrots, sauerkraut, salad with ranch and crackers. I washed it down with, of all things, a bottle of Lone Star beer.

Haven't had any beer in over 20 years, but it fit the occasion.

This was very good.. YUM.. The GG broccoli was ok, that cheese didn't look like cheese, but was tasty anyhow.

Today: Matt's El Rancho in Austin, TX. Two tacos el carbon (and that steak was good!), rice, borracho beans, guacamole, chips, hot sauce, and iced tea.
