I ended up with a ground beef quesedilla w/cheese, sour cream, guac & hot sauce. MY oh my was it ever good.

Picked up 2 lbs of live crawfish this morning (yes we can get that here in Arizona) they were just added to pot with onions and cajun seasoning. Waiting happily....
